Hey Benny,
The Oil Cooler is just a small Radiator! So the internal lines are very thin. If you are real careful and you have a compressor you can regulate down. Take an air nozzle and slowly increase the pressure to no more than 10 psi. I would actually start with 5 psi. And of course don't look at the other end when you start sending air through the cooler! That piece of shop rag might come out to see you! Just a thought that this would work for you.
