.....only about 400 miles since installing map #5, but I couldn't be more pleased....I took procom's map description of map #6 (advanced rider) to mean more or earlier spark advance....since much of my riding is with my wife on the bike, I decided that additional or earlier spark advance wasn't going to be a good idea....so far, none of the problems that Hubert and Moe have reported - even before I replaced the default map....I think I will write a note to procom and tell them how poorly the default map works, compared to the optional ones....hard to believe that they shipped the unit with so little spark advance....
