These procom CDI's have been in the field for several months now (Jan 1st, 2010).

Any issues with performance?

Starting the motorcycle when the procom CDI is in place is one, as starting is different/difficult. (till you get accustomed to it)

regarding the base line map
Quote:

Cinnamon Girl is real flat from 1000 to 2900rpm. Then she kicks butt to an rpm round 5k...dang if she didn't run like she was lean...

Regarding BrianT's timing alternative map: (Having just reinstalled the GILL CDI), acceleration from 4K is noticeably better with the Procom cdi than with the GILL in place. A crisp roaring acceleration. Crisp. yeah a good word that crisp is.

I've got another issue that shall remain nameless for now, thus my query regarding anyone else having issues and if so what it is/they are. The GILL CDI is back in place on Cinnamon Girl for now. Without having the service records in front of me but having access to my dated fuel records, my estimate is Cinnamon Girl ran about 1700 miles on the procom CDI.
