I'm not sure how many (if any) of you guys knew Ben Gray.
He was the guy running RAT based at the factory until they made him redundant and, effectively, finished RAT from the way it was.
He went to work at a Triumph dealer, Windy Corner - literally 2 mins from the factory.
I've met him many times over the years and he was a nice guy - I was talking to him last Friday at the launch party of the new dealership in Wolverhampton ... he was made up about starting up at the new dealership next month in Leicester.
Not happy about Windy Corner losing their franchise but he was glad to still be working "... for Triumph which I love ..." he told me.
I just heard he was killed yesterday while riding his Daytona.
I'm guessing he was in his mid 30s. Bloody shame.
