No it's being done by CycleAnalysis in Cleveland...
I kind of shy away from Cleveland-Akron Honda...
1. I ordered a Aluminum Sprocket and paid in advance
a. They forget to order
b. When they did order they ordered a steel one
c. The parts manager argued with me to pay the difference between the quoted price about $14 (for the steel one, which wasn't even in the catalog) and the aluminum (even though I got it really really late, and it was their fault they quoted and ordered wrong).
2. I ordered a Corbin Smuggler
a. They called Corbin to check availability delivery time, and I assumed price.
b. I paid up front
c. Again they quoted the wrong price $399 (in the corbin catalog at the time) versus $499 (Corbin had raised the price).
c. The parts manager screamed accross the dealership..."you know they raised the price on that and I had to eat it!"
3. Ordered touch up paint for a 2001 Bonneville (red).
a. apparently T had used two reds scarlet and cardinal for different year bonnes (of course they ordered it for the wrong year bike...ironically they sold me the bike)
b. I took it home to use after bobbing my fender, and the paint didn't match at all.
c. The parts manager was refusing to take it back and order me the correct one, because I had opened it (how did I know they ordered me the wrong color?)
The sad thing is I really like some of the guys there...but the parts manager is a real peice of work...
