Check the triple tree and see if it is adjusted correctly. (I think you did this already). Check the triple tree to fork pinch bolt torques and insure that each fork is the same height in the triple tree.

Did this wobble occur with the speedy wheels?

Did you switch the rear tire from the speedy wheel to the america wheel?

Is the front sprocket nut properly torqued and captured?

An off chance being that the bike is so new and all: The fork oil levels may be off.
