My personal preference:
Well done bacon on white with tomato ketchup.
Many would prefer brown sauce (
Daddies being the .. er .. daddy I suppose!).
Since moving a little way north, they call it a 'bacon buttie splash'.
The 'splash' being heated tinned tomato.
Bear in mind our bacon is usually thicker than generally served in the US.
Easily twice as thick!
As it's Friday tomorrow (well, in about 1 minute to be accurate

), I shall go to a friend's office to finish off some work and I'll collect breakfast on the way.
My choice shall be well done bacon, sausage and egg splash on a cob!
(Translate: well done bacon (!), sausage (!!), fried egg (sunnyside up), tomatoes on a bread roll (approx 2" diameter and 7" long).
