Actually I got my mercury tuner from Brent and find it extremely easy to use. So easy in fact, I recheck anytime I make the slightest adjustment to the carb screws. I also found that checking at idle AND at 3500 rpm, where my bike has a slight vibration, makes a noticeable difference. I average between the two readings if different.
