I had a friend who operated a D9, a guy ran behind him with out letting him know wearing one of those magic vests and hard hat. Well apparently the hat wasn't as hard as the D9 tracks or the vest so magic since when he backed up the guy squished just as if he didn't have them on. There was a subsiquent investigation and the guy on the ground who died was found at fault since he hadn't let anyone know where he would be or made sure the operator knew he was there. He was also where he wasn't supposed to be. My friend said he just came from there and there shouldn't have been anything there anymore.

I learned all I need to know about life by killing smart people and eating their brains.
