I signed up around the 1st of December when they first came out with the free membership, then renewed it around the 10th of January, and I haven't heard a word from them in the mail. No Torque, nothing.

I got a Torque in January, but then I've been signed up to them since July so it might have been on my 'old' membership number.
I'd give your American Co-ordinator a quick email....

We had the patch and badge conversation near the start of January...

Between us we have got the instructions for the US and the UK. However they were limited numbers and so you may be unlucky now...

Signed up the end of December and havent seen or heard anything either. Not surprised though, cooperate world is more interested in receiving (selling) then giving.

I have tried to re-new my and my son's membership several times the site gets to the state and dealer and just stops, won't work. I have e-mailed the info to the U.S. coordinator and the UK one. Hear nothing. I would rather pay for it and get the mag. Dave

I have given up. I see no chance of getting a pin or a mag at this point. They don't have to do it, but would be better business to not even link it if they have no intention of following through on the promises. 10% discount on Triumph stuff is the only benefit anyone would ever get.
I don't agree that I would pay for Torgue. Have no idea what quality the mag or rag is. Have never seen one lol.

Hey Adey I never thought about visiting the dealer for Torque.
My dealer has just posted up the RAT run dates this week, two factory visits are included in the 12 dates.
On the plus side there are a few good long days planned 200-250 mile runs.

Hey Grip Have you done the factory tour yet? If you haven't, you've gotta go - very interesting. If you have - go again!! It's still interesting I must organise another one soon. It's a good run for you though!!

Yep we did it last year. Was a great couple of days riding.
Took the RS down as the speedmaster wasn;t run in and the rest of the folk I was riding with were all faster than me at the best of times! The cruisers caught up with us at lunch at hartside just as the snow started to fall...the Rocket riders face was a picture when he saw it. All those hairpins in the snow.
Can't see me doing the run this year, going to go on the highland one instead

What browser are you using? I use Firefox most of the time but I've noticed that a lot of web commerce sites only work with MS Internet Exploder. I think Triumph is one of them. Another is Memphis Shades.
I signed up for RAT in December and I got one Torque around the first of the year. Nothing else though. No pin, no card, no acknowledgement. Just the mag.
