Corbin was awesome with me. My seat never broke in, over 3000 miles later. Called them up and talked it over with them and they said ship it back. They fixed it for free and even shipped it back to me for free (they may have even sent me a shipping label to send it in but I don't recall for certain). The seat has been great ever since, albeit still very hard. The leather is worn in various places (I didn't take great care of it) and I might send it back or somewhere else for reupholstering. I'm intrigued by this company...
http://www.kontourseat.com/Not for nothing, I think Corbin has had a lot of problems over the past few years (including an attempted sale of the company). I'm thinking that might be reflected in degraded customer service. My experience was several years ago.
