I just find it hard to believe they sell as many bikes as they do with the service new customers seem to get (My experience anyway). I am glad I don't have to deal with any dealers in my area like that ZOO. But the ordeal is over as long as we don't find out that they titled the wrong bike or something. Never again!!!
