ok....
Its not Windows 7 compatible. I tried on two machines running Win 7 and I get an error. If anyone smarter than me has a way around this please share.

I might suggest adding a calculation for 40 pilots as well (those are stock).

I dont know what would be involved but maybe adding DNA filters in there as well? If its even pertinent, they flow similar to K&N but slightly more form what Ive seen online.

Aside form that....THANK YOU PAT! for providing such a helpful tool to the masses.

HMM, I run XP still and compiled it there as well. Isn't there a compatibility option in Vista/7 that will run 32 bit code on a 64 bit OS? If you right click on the icon and go to Properties there should be a tab "Compatibility"???

Just answered my own question. I checked daughters puter with 7 and it runs fine in the compatibility mode for XP w/SP3 mode.
Just right click on the icon, go to properties, check the "Run in compatibility mode for..." and then select Windows XP with SP3.

I could also add the other air cleaners as well, but since they are basically the same, why bother?

I will post a zip file called Calculator2010.zip in the dinqua.com.triumph/executables folder if anyone wants to fetch it and play with it. But you will need to have VB6.0 professional developer series to work with it.
VB Code for Calculator

Also, here is text file if some Mac guy wants to code it and compile it for a mac as well. Not sure this will help but This is text file of the code

as far as the 40 pilots, well, in 2003 the pilots were 42 and now the new 42s are called 40s, (SAME JET!!!) so as not to confuse anyone, just assume the 42s as stock.

And for all the guys that will say I could have done it with a much smaller codification, feel free to make your own version. I release all rights to the public so have at it, open source is a wonderful thing.

A word to the wise is not necessary. It is the stupid ones who need the advice. Pat
