Almost anything is possible with the correct talent & resources. I saw a custom Triumph twin built by a guy named Totti in Italy. He turned the engine 180 degrees so the carb intakes faced forward & the exhaust ports faced rear, & built the frame accordingly. It was HIDEOUS. No way, no how did it look right.

I understand what you are trying to communicate, but that said, it makes no sense at all from my perspective.
