Tell you what, my bike is at the shop now awaiting return to me for 813 cams & an a/f meter. When I get it back the first thing I'm going to do is optimize the carbs (carbys

for the K&N's & then install a set of Uni pods & see what happens.
If my theory is correct I will then optimize for the Uni's & head to the dyno.
The tech who did my cams said the the bike picked up approx. 8 HP with the cams alone with no other tuning. And it is now lean on top with the new cams where before , all other things equal; it was rich with the OEM cams & same jetting.
From my perspective you would be better off going straight to the Uni's. But we shall see.
