Heres a few pictures of the bike so far, being somewhat tight with money most of whats been done has been done on the cheap

Cut down the rear backrest (wife didnt notice LOL)

The bars were 36" but with the mirrors didnt fit in the gate so I cut them down a bit, used pullback risers so I could use straighter bars.

Indicators were powder coated by me along with the levers.
Made new indicator brackets as the triumph ones made the indicators point out :/

I made the rear hangers, the headlamp relocator, lots of el cheapo jap bits have been "adapted" too.

Cut down the sprocket cover (dont everyone?)

Fitted the kit to move the front footpegs back 4", only have little legs

I will have the new tank really soon and the front mudguard should arrive at the same time...

Should have been 2 mirrors but I broke one just now cleaning it.. why did I clean it?? who knows, anyway.. it handles good, goes like a rocket now the Procom is on and tuned, and to cap that.. I LOVE IT

Lookin good! I quite like the sprocket cover, a little bit of cut makes a pretty big difference! How much did you drop the backrest?

She's lookin' great! I like the cut down sprocket cover too. it's a subtle change that makes a difference.

I am still thinking about powder coating the bars and risers black to match the levers etc.. the dresser bars are going to be black too.

The sprocket cover was actually chrome when I got it but I ground that off and powder coated that.. the problem having your own powder coating kit is you tend to coat everything LOL.

The backrest has been lowered as far as I can go, any further and the backrest bends in and will start to look a bit silly.

The new tank will look sweet.. a bit more old style than what I have now with no badges but a Triumph graphic instead.

No Fast Eddy sticker there, its a standard Triumph badge and sticker that comes with the sissy bar.

Great job on all you've done. You said you were considering powdercoating the bars & risers black. Just a thought, but provided your new tank is gonna have the same paint scheme as this one, doing the risers in yellow might look kinda nice.

Please make sure you post pics with the new tank. It's sweet already - a no badge tank with a graphic sounds nice.

Like your thinking on the yellow but.. theres always a but, the yellow powder I have is way too light... I have been unable to source a match for the paint, Ill keep trying and hold that idea..

Cheers,
