Ah, so you did end up mounting them where RIVCO suggests. I'm sure they will be just fine under there. Watcha think of their sound? Mine (the same pair as yours) are piercing to say the least. Yesterday, while meandering down a quiet country lane, a friggin' rottweiler ran out to chase me. When he got within a few feet of my bike I let those horns go and it stopped him in his tracks. Those horns are good for a lot of things!!!!!!!
