I have the FS Eiffel II tank bag #470-1063.

Has two bags (Med & Sm) with a large flat base (making 3 seperate componets with clear tops, but the "base" has to be used always as this has the magnets). All bags have a clear map pocket on top and attach to each other with zippers to form a combo of arrangements. I mainly use the Sm bag for short runs (work: bike lock, planner & sack lunch, it will hold my half helmet while at work).

I prefer to mount the bag on the rear fender, as I ride solo most of the time. Magnets (8) are strong and I have no issues with performance of the bag(s) and for my needs serve them well. I have never used them in the rain and can't tell you if they would be good or flat out terrible. They also have a 3M refletive pipping around them & some varrious stow pockets inside, each are also expandable and have head phone access (never used), and lastly they are felt linned.
I paid just under $100 USD July 2009 from my bike shop.
