From the March 2010 issue of "The Horse Backstreet Choppers", an artical by "Englishman", (these people are from Michigan), "...In Michigan, you'll need an MSO for the frame, engine and transmission. You'll also need RECEIPTS for other major parts, such as the front end, seat, exhaust, etc."
