I balance mine on a truing stand, like Dog posted. I use the self-adhesive wheel weights. I scotch tape them on til its right, then peel 'n stick.
When I switched to alloy wheels, I used Dyna Beads, but I don't like them. Sometimes they settle in the wrong spot and I get vibration. They probably get knocked around when I hit a bump or pot hole, its only centrifugal force that holds them.
