She's right Ian. I know you actually could make something that would look good out of an old tyre anyway. I also know you take pride in your workmenship and do prefer to put your skills to building or manufacturing your own rather
than buy if at all possible.

Nothing wrong with that brother.

These mudflaps just happened to work out well for us cos Anne did what she could as well as we got some good savings in shipping 11 and not 1 of em. If we didn't do it this way, I think the shipping was dearer than the item. Meaning we all probably would have been trying our own versions or more than likely, done nothing and suffered any unlucky consequences.

One last thing, whilst I haven't been on any OS roads, some of our best riding over here is done on sometimes less than ordinary roads. Also every descent ride I've done, I've always come across a length of roadworks. This means riding on unsealed roads and not only the chance of rocks doing damage, but to keep the dust down the pr*cks stop the traffic and water the road
( I reckon they do it on purpose for us riding bikes) Anyway the associated mud sticks like sh*t to a blanket and fair dinkum, you need a pressure cleaner to get it off.

Enter, stage left Mr Mudflap lol.
