It's really easy to adjust the gearchange pedal using the linkage rod. There are 10mm nuts on each end of the linkage rod. The rear one is a reverse thread. Once loosened, you can rotate the rod to adjust the pedal height, and then lock down the nuts when you are happy with the pedal position.
Using the linkage rod, you are able to finely adjust the pedal height very easily.
