Is it possible to change your oil filter when the motor is full of oil?

Have a fram filter on right now and want to switch to OEM.

Thanks

Yes, you'll lose some oil, so put a pan underneath to catch and work fast.

Fill the filter before you install it and you will have to add less oil after. ( I always prime mine anyway)
