Hi all, I've never thought I would buy a vest mainly for safety reasons but with the new patches being bought and all, I thought to myself, hey why not? Also, sometimes it just gets so blo#dy hot over here that wearing a vest is magic and it's not like I wear sandles to protect my feet or anything. So I did a search around and found and bought this one Now don't let the price fool ya cos from my last few weeks riding with it, nothing has busted and all zips, press studs, leather quality and suppleness, stitching, you name it, it's all in order and very good quality. I just wanted to share my find if anyone was on the lookout but didn't want to pay a fortune. Btw, the sizing chart is accurate and the bloke you ask questions to seems only too obliging as well. I doubt whether you would be disappointed.

Ya done good with that vest I'd have to say. It'll make you look buff when it's too hot to wear the jacket. Well, at least I know the vest I have makes me look buff! And tuff but mostly buff.
Nice vest!

yeah, and bad guys will have enough Actually, when I had my dyno done a couple of weeks back, I went with a harley mate (sorry) and there were a mixture of crutch rocket, leather pants bound dudes with their buxom and equally bound girls (yum ), and on the other hand the knarley harley cruiser crowd too. Well somewhere in the middle was Staffo and to be honest, wearing that vest just made me feel right. Now Staffo is no street fighter or "don't mix with him" mean mother type, but the vest just felt right. Like I had attitude or something. Fooled them didn't I?

It's still there, Bob. Just scroll down a bit and you can see the old listing just below where it says the listing expired.

My vest has been hanging in the closet since I bought a mesh jacket. The jacket offers armor, is cooler on hot days and has a zip in rain liner so it's much more versatile. Someone just had Scorpions mesh jacket on sale for 50% off, $60/jacket. I have a First Gear.
Vest fans, I acutally have two vests, including one the wife never wore. Anyone want either one, say $25 shipped to the states?

this is the vest I have, I really swear by Halvarsson gear as I have armoured jeans, and other items and had no problems for over 2 yrs of use. http://www.grandprixlegends.com/motorcycle-gear/brand/halvarssons/halvarssons-twin-vest.html
