Yep.. sure enough.. I never woulda believed it less I seen it in person so me and Di got all gussied up and rode down to see how them city folk throw a shindig.
It was dang good time.. lots of really nice folks but what with Gordons parents (absolutely delightful and interesting people by the way) and his moms friends from her club "Daughters of the British Empire" or something like that, their family and friends from across the pond, the preacher? pastor? .. well anyway he was a Scot so my accent,(assuming I have one..) seemed to stick out a bit more than usual.
Mrs Lynch was lovely and sweet as can be and the Mr quite happy about the whole experience. Interesting story about those two.. maybe he'll share it with y'all sometime.
We had a blast.. great wedding, Dinner reception at the Bugaboo Creek Steakhouse... no , I'm not kidding... Bugaboo.. Heckuvva nice place though.. good food.. good service and very unique ambiance.
Okay.. that's the Lynch wedding report, I saw it all so I know it's so.. he is in fact a married man.
