CAUTION: Audio contains F word. May not be appropriate for playing at all locations, but it is well worth hearing. http://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/12064947The youtube version is locked up for age verification, but I found it elsewhere, and no, I don't have any shrooms for you. If this guy wants to be my neighbor, I might even build him a house.

Don't pi$$ off the old and grumpy. They've already done most of the things they want to do in this life.
We all like to think of ourselves as rugged individualists. But when push comes to shove most of us are sheep who do what we are told. Worst of all, a lot of us become unpaid agents of whoever is controlling the agenda by enforcing the current dogma on the few rugged individualists who actually exist.

Then why are they grumpy?
But well done to Grits
Too old to die young, too ugly to leave a good looking corpse

He said something at the end to the effect of: "You're in the wrong neighborhood when you mess with an Irishman!". Well done! Uncle Charlie

Old Grits did well there!
You have to consider though what would have happened if the robber actually had some balls about him and used the gun?
It's ok doing the have a go hero thing but then there were other people around to consider who could have ended up coming worse off and what for? Probably a couple of hundred dollars?
The really sad thing is that in these crazy times of legal mumbo jumbo the robber, could, with a pretty slick lawyer, have pursued a personal injury claim against Grits. I'm not saying it's right but he wasn't attacking Grits or threatening him.
Shame the guy got away though. He'll be mended and back out there holding up shops again in no time.
I must admit though Grits giving the speech at the end was hillarious.
Before the war on terror, if I saw an unattended package I used to think "I'll be having that!"
