Speaking of "grits" Moe; I was at one of those "Cracker Barrel" chain food places for breakfast a few years ago with an old Montana Sagebrush cowboy & a freshly-minted young man from Virginia. The old sagebrush cowboy put grape jelly on his bowl of grits without asking for culteral permission, the young Virginia man just kinda' stared in slack-jawed amazed at what he'd just witnessed. Regainin composure he said "I've never seen someone put jelly on their grits"  Strangely, within 10 months, he & his young bride were back in Virginia
