Ed, I sure hope that his wheel(s) is(are) not laced inside out as that would not reflect well on Buchanan's Spoke & Rim, Inc. Shucks, the very fact that spokes are still coming loose after receiving the wheels back doesn't speak well either. Whatever the case, those wheels would not spin another foot under power till it was sorted.
Vera Lynn had a rear wheel nipple break in two. Replaced the nipple as the spoke was fine. Never did find the bit that should have dropped inside the tire.
