All,
I am in the middle of a wheel swap project on my 06 Speedmaster. Have purchased 05 America wheels and had the rims powder coated. Next step is to lace and true the rims. BUT I did not know at the time of disassemble that I needed the offset measurement. I have searched the net for the offset and run-out spec's but can not find them.

Anyone know what the offset is suppose to be on the front and rear?

Also what goal should I have in mind for side & vertical run-out?

Thanks!

The run-out is in the shop manual, I think. If no one else chimes in, I'll check when I get home. As for the offset, or "dish", You could true them up on the bike making sure they're centered.

The side to side (Axial) runout is 0.6mm max.
The out-of-round (Radial runout is 0.6mm max.

I couldn't find any reference to the offset
These were found in the Haynes Manual.

So for those of us that think in inches that would be .0236 max.
