It slotted right in without having to file away any of the tank console, either the speedmaster has a slightly larger tacho hole or the Acewell 2856 is slightly smaller,
Made a crude bracket, which attaches to bracket on the tank console where the Tacho was. Need to have one end of the bracket rounded so it doesn't get in the way of the tank console bracket. Also..
Made the middle hole in the bracket for the bolt to fit into the old tacho bracket a lot bigger so the bolt could move around a lot, up \ down, side to side before tightning it up as the housing is only platic and I reckon if the hole was out, any slight stress would break the tank console bracket.
