That speedo's looking really nice, good job. +2 for the rare earth magnet. One other thing, if you ride a fair amount at night, you might want to consider leaving the standard bulb in for your high beam indicator. I distinctly remember reading online about someone replacing a speedo and he went back in and swapped out the LED for a standard bulb b/c the LED was bright enough to be distracting.
