I'm considering the 904 cc kit for my '09 SM. For those who have done it: Will this affect the bike's reliability? Are there additional considerations since this is an EFI bike?

Thanks!

I am not aware of anyone on this forum that's done the 904 kit on an EFI bike. I know Fat Frank on the RAT forum HAS done it to his BA - so you might want to try him.

He has gained a fair bit of HP but I suspect it's more to do with the cams rather than from a 48cc increase

I have ordered a 994 kit for my EFI A. Carlos at TPUSA told me that as long as I am using the stock head and cams that the injectors would cope. It will still be a couple of months until I have it running with the 994. Will keep you all posted as to how it runs.
