As said above, they don't point into the wind so getting dirty/wet is not an issue. And I thought about the oil cooler being there, but they leave plenty of airflow between themselves and the cooler and even then... they only obscure the top 1/3 or so of the cooler.
Today I was working on the signal lights and, from an awkward position, reached for the cancellation button. HONKKKKK!!!!!!!!! I hit the horn button by mistake and scared the living daylights outta myself! Man are they LOUD!!!!
