I discovered this evening that my Sparto light doesn't have a white panel below it to illuminate the license plate. I don't want to go with a different light but found two LED lights that take the place of the plate retainer bolts.

There are no other LED's on the bike. Don't I need some type of electronic gizmo to step the voltage down for them?
