My local BMW, triumph ducati dealer got the new BMW 1200rr in it's sweet looks good has a good price full loaded $16,200 bike has ABS traction control has a lean sensor so when u bank on a corner all u have to is hold the throttle open it does the rest. The intake changes for top end and low end power it's tuned for the low end but when u hit top end the air box and intake manifold changes air flow and a second set of injectors start firing
2005 America 145 mains, , #48 pilots, , k&n pod filters, ported intakes manifolds, nology coils and wires, pro com CDI, 62 HP at wheel 68,000 hard miles still runs great gone "traded"

I couldn't find that bike on the BMW Motorcycle site. I sounds AMAZING though... if it wasn't for the love of my America, I'd be riding a BMW. I really like them!!!!!
Live to love, love to live.

One thing about it though, its not a 1200, its a 1000RR.... It is basically a BMW race bike, made for the average joe..... Nothing like over 190 HP from 1000 cc's.....

Yup, having the equivalent of four America/Speedmasters under your butt all at once would be adrenalin inducing for sure.

The first thing that always comes to my mind when I hear of vehicles and especially bikes with all that electro-magical automation stuff is 'how much trouble might you be in if it goes nuts at the wrong time?'

Jeez, if I worried about that I could never fly anywhere. Doesn't matter though because I'll never get a chance to ride one anyway.
