You have about a 1% chance of meeting an outlaw in a bar unless you frequent 1% type bars. Then there is a 99% chance he would not care.
There would probably be as many people willing to give you a hard time because you are wearing a really silly poser jacket with your imaginary club on it.
It would be safe though because you can get protection from your imaginary gang.
