Good lesson though and always pay through Paypal with buyer protection. I recently bought a PS3 for Wendy and wanted a backwards compatible one so had to go used off Ebay. It was advertised as working as is. Said 100% functional but as is so I figured it must have some cosmetic issues. I even Emailed the seller to confirm it was in full working condition. When I got it it didn't work right out of the box. They tried to give me crap about the ad saying as is but Paypal refunded me since it was advertised as working. You can't state something is something that it is not and hide behind "as is" or "no refunds" or any other such statement. If something arrives not as described Paypal will refund you as long as you have buyer protection but be careful since sometimes they only refund about $5 unless you have the buyer protection. Thankfully I was only out return shipping on my deal. The point is if you paid through Paypal and it isn't as described you can open a dispute and even if you didn't you can open a dispute through Ebay. Not sure what the latter does for you but might be worth looking into.

Sorry about your experience Rudy. I've seen the hardbags offered by them, but at the low prices they look too good to be true. $115 for a set of hardbags???

If it's too good to be true, it probably is. Doubly so with ebay.
