Graph? I'll have to agree with our friend from Iowa. 1 degree vertical, 120 years on the horizonal. Find a graph containing the tree ring and ice core samples going back as far as the records exist. You'll find that the record is full of hockey sticks. The record indicates that there have been warmer periods than now. The bad news is that cold, very cold seems to be the predominated state of the Earth. The good news is that we live in a warm period where humans thrive.
