A PA guy build a really nicely finished bobber-style bike with tractor seat & a really cool Jockey shift. He bought a complete forward control linkage set and used that to run it over to the left side. A lot of effort, but it worked flawlessly. This might be the guy referenced earlier. I have pix on my home machine from the Butlers Orchard Brit Show a few years back, will have to dig them up.
