Yeah, I'd be shocked to find that no brace could make a difference that you could feel.

My fender bracket had been cut in two pieces for about a year and a half now, and I really don't think there is any difference. In fact, when I cut it to make room for the bigger front tire, it actually felt better than before, but that could have just been the tire.

yeah thats the wierd thing with it cause we're cutting the bracket and changing the tire at the same time so any difference felt would be negligable. Then again, I never felt a difference with the wider tire at all, but some guys claim they can feel it. I think it might be one of those things that youre thinking about constantly to the point where every little bump or jiggle "feels wierd"

Yeah, the feel on the front tire was more when it would track in the grooves on the concrete and those tar crack lines, the wider tire doesn't. And the Metzler Lazertech was a noisy tire, and the IRC Wildflare is much quieter. What is this thread about again?

New wheels that I got in a trade. Will change the front forks, and a little paint up front as well next winter.

looks cool. I'm doing it too in a week or so as soon as my headlight mount gets here from newspeedmaster.
