Her name address and social are out there. They are out there anyhow if somebody really wants them. Car dealers, banks, doctors, insurance companies. Her social is in dozens of placed with very little control over theft.
They don't have her credit cards, bank numbers and don't look like her. I would say its not that bad.
Bad is when they get the credit card and the little 3 digit deal on the back. That is bad.
With what they have they cannot move or change bank accounts nor show up in person without her ID to do any changes.
