I dont see a problem. Its the owner's perogative, and seems like its not an exclusive opinion about the place. Plus, with a two year notification, why didnt the restaurant get its act together and find a new location?
As for the owners's wealth being an issue, I dont see it ( other than it affords him the ability to own that particular place ), it only seems an issue with someone jelaous of another's wealth.
