hi all
made it home about 7 pm. I had a great time and look forward to next year.... yep eddy and I rode together till la croose and then i cut him loose ...{ he goes too slow ....LOL}

Had a nice breakfast in galena, and a nice ride home, no rain at all. Bummer because I had to mow the lawn when I got home. Had a great weekend, the riding was without a doubt the best 2 days of riding I've ever had. I'm already thinking about the next rally but this one will be pretty hard to top. Thanks to Gary, Eddy, Ann Marie, and everyone else who helped make things go as smoothly as they did. Next year, bigjack brings the coffee.

What a super event! Great people, great riding, and great food. Lots of memories to hold me over until next year...
(I didn't have as far to go home as most... but once home I took advantage of the nice weather by setting out on a ride with my wife and another couple.)

Glad to hear everyone made it home OK. Andrea and I really enjoyed meeting everyone. Thanks to Scott for putting this together and thanks to everyone else for showing up and making this a great event. Hope to see you all again soon.

Sorry for not posting last night guys, but was after 11pm when I got home last night. After I split off from Chris I got held up for almost 2 hours with heavy storms, blowing winds. Was bad enough that the power went out at the station I was waiting at. Was all good, meet up with a Guy on a Road King was on a trip from Georgia to Omaha NE doing his Iron Butt. Once the weather cleared we road to my exit. I ended up with just over 1600 miles for the whole trip. Great weekend, thanks to all who put the ride together. Was great seeing everyone again. Cant wait for next year

Here's a few of the pic's from my camera that didn't make it on the CD.  This is at the hotel...check out Scott's chest on the left!  Ann Marie suggested this place for some root beer out of the tap. It was a highlight of the day.  Here Ann Marie. I thought you might like the other half    Some shots around town  Scott's(Kaisor's) and my bike. Lookin good!   Lunch at Poopy's where everybody get's to order some kind of poop. Now that was good food!  On to the happy hour cruise.    The boat is pretty nice.  And plenty of chips this year if Rich(Arstaren) would have come! We ended our Friday with some great social fun and drinks on the deck.

cough cough...I don't think Scott was talking about actually coffee, believe he was refering to Jack's coffee can story... It's a story that you had to be there for, if you missed it this year, well maybe Jack will tell it again next year. As the saying goes "What happens at the Rally, stays at the Rally" motor on....

I sure know about the coffee can story but not sure about the soda/paper cup story... Well Tom, if you pm me and sort out the soda/paper cup story, I will tell you about Jack's story with the coffee can.

I don't know about the soda/paper cup story either. I created a group on facebook that you all should join so that I don't feel like I wasted my time doing it  .
