I try and keep them as follows:

Front 36-38 PSI
Rear 38-40 PSI

For every 10 degrees increase in tire temperature the tire pressure will go up about 1 PSI. Correspondingly for every 10 degrees decrease in tire temperature the tire pressure will go down about 1 PSI.
