Publish the email address you use for paypal and tell them how much money to send you, or have people PM you if they want to send a check or money order. Personally I'd just do paypal and maybe Google checkout for those who don't like paypal.
If you have a web site there's a way to put a preconfigured paypal button to make that easier. We use them on the Leather Store (for now, until I can implement a proper shopping cart system):
