What was the definitive asnwer in the end. Does this filler cap fit a Speedy or not? It seems some say it does and others say not. I emailed my dealer and he said sorry, but not, but I'm not convinced they actually tried it. I love the look of this filler cap, but it's no good if it doesn't fit.
