What is the world coming to? Even in Helena, over the holidays, there was a bunch of thefts out of cars in the two downtown parking garages. They suspect a semi-organized group of teenage hoodlums. They also think most of the cars they stole from weren't locked (that's Montana for you), but they did slash one Jeep's soft top.
