Hi all, I'll probably regret saying this cos by doing so I'll probably now get myself an electrical issue.

Anyway, I was wondering if anyone who had a better understanding of electrics with our bikes ( I got a Z- at school. You???) would agree the savage North American and European winters play havoc with electrics. I say this cos I live in a fairly dry, non Coastal area that encourages riding year round. Wouldn't this play a part in keeping my electrics fairly free from corrosion and less likely to stuff up?

Just thinking how bad the remnants of wet salty roads must have on damaging electrics as just one example.

Any opinions? Just interested from a broad perspective.

Thanks
