If I am being honest I bought mine because its a good deal compared to the Triumph ones, I also believe that mine is not quite right as if I hit the rev limiter it STOPS!!
Yep, the engine cuts out and when you hit the limiter its because your in a place you DONT want to break down.
My main tweak will be raising the rev limit by +500 RPM taking my max to 8000 RPM which should fix me up just fine, that and a small tweak to the timing and I think its well worth the money, and this way I can keep my Triumph one as a spare and if the Procomm one has a need to be returned Im still riding.
Theres a 2nd hand CDI on eBay now in the uk at 275 UKP so these Procomm ones even at the new price are excellent value..
Go get one, you know you want to, do it, go on, do it LOL
