I have in hand the original igniter that shipped with a 2005 Speedmaster built in 12/04.
The part number is 1292370.




Excellent information thankyou.. I did have a feeling the part number changed around 04 / 05 but as we are under snow here I didnt want to go take the tank off and have a look at mine.

I have had the 03 cdi unit from my mates on my bike and it worked fine so not actually sure what changed inside them, anyway, looks like Im set to order one...

I think Wesley has actually confused me in the fact that he wanted to know the part number on my bike, however, according to the "blue dial" you can just select what ever your cdi part number is...
